Nomination - Branford Boase Prize 2024 Longlist

This was huge shock!!

I am so happy to share Yomi and the Fury of Ninki Nanka has been nominated for the Branford Boase Award 2024.

The Branford Boase Award is awarded annually for an outstanding first novel to a first-time writer of a book for young people. It also celebrates the editors who were involved in the book, showcasing the contribution of their editorial talent in bringing books to readers.

This is a huge career highlight, I am so pleased to have been included especially alongside such other amazing books. So happy to be sharing this nomination with my editors Mattie Whitehead and Karelle Tobias from Little Tiger.
